Some of these unique pieces are still available, and some can be re-created, although not precisely as all pieces are handcrafted and do not involve casting or wax models. Note: In our effort to lessen the environmental impact of the jewelry business/mining on natural habitats, Carolyn Tyler Jewelry has always used “eco-gold” (also known as “green gold”), which is pure 24k gold derived from reclamation via melting and refining of recycled jewelry. We then re-alloy to create our designs in eco-friendly 18k and 22k yellow gold.
